Harvesting & Processing

We require the highest organic standards and animal treatment through to our harvesting and processing facilities. 

The facilities we use are both USDA Certified Organic and Animal Welfare Approved.

There are two options in Northern California for such services:

1. Modesto Area:

    We are particularly impressed with Valley Meat Company’s E.Coli testing capabilities.


2. Orland, Northern CA:
